What are mink lashes?

Mink eyelashes are the most expensive and luxurious of all false eyelashes. Although they are available as eyelash extensions, they are usually found as eyelash strips that are applied as required.

False eyelashes have been around since 1916 when D. W. Griffith had a wig maker weave human hair through gauze and then stick to actress Seena Owen's eye line in the movie Intolerance. No one really paid much attention until the 1960s, when they were back in vogue and then made from synthetic substances. Mink eyelashes are newer and preferred by celebrities who don't always want permanent implants.

Mink lashes are made from selected mink fur hairs that are simply brushed by hand with live mink. They are not subject to chemicals or dyes and therefore retain their velvety appearance. Their looks are the reason many celebrities on the A list wear best magnetic eyelashes for small eyes.

To take care of your mink lashes, think of them like a mink coat! Do not sleep in them or put them in contact with water. Remove them carefully and then store them properly when you don't need them and they will last up to 25 applications.

Your lashes will cost between $ 100 and $ 300 for a reasonable set and will come as full strips, with jewelry, or in small groups. You can also get individual tabs for lash extensions if you prefer this option, but of course you will have to apply them professionally.

Be careful when looking for mink lashes if you find cheap ones, as they are likely to be fake. Look for high quality lash strips that are guaranteed to be 100% natural mink fur and you will not be disappointed with your choice.
